Training

JPW provides training services that help learners successfully navigate a new process, system, platform, or technology. To help ensure adoption, JPW focuses on developing customized engaging training programs that bridge the gap between what users currently know and what they need to know to be successful. We have a proven track record of effectively analyzing and anticipating clients’ needs, developing customized training and documentation, providing an optimized solution, and ensuring overall client satisfaction with our efforts from start to finish. Our core training services include instructor-led training, virtual instructor-led training, training management, and post-training support. Instructor-Led Training (ILT)

Instructor-led training provides a high-touch education model that is very effective with high-value employees and/or in offices with a larger concentration of learners. JPW Facilitators deliver professional training across numerous industries and technology. JPW Facilitators can provide classroom training, coaching in small group settings, and one-on-one desk-side training support. JPW’s high-touch approach increases adoption and ROI by addressing both the needs of the business and the individual learner. This helps minimize any barriers to adoption.

Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT)

Virtual Instructor-led Training (VILT) provides a cost-efficient way to deliver learning to an audience spread out over a large territory, while still maintaining a personal touch. JPW Consulting Facilitators provide engaging virtual training by incorporating enhanced features into the training, such as poll questions, Chat Q&A, and virtual breakout rooms. JPW Facilitators also deliver VILT as an effective way to provide ongoing reinforcement training after the initial training is complete.

Training Management

Training Management is an integral part of the success of every training program. JPW Consulting’s approach to training management starts with gaining a solid foundation of understanding of a client’s project goals and objectives followed by a rigorous process of design, development, and training delivery. JPW Training Management Consultants help develop overall training and delivery programs and provide oversight for all instructional design and training delivery. JPW Training Management Consultants also plan and deliver train-the-trainer programs to ensure a consistent learner experience across all locations.

Post-Training Support

Post-training support and reinforcement training help ensure learner success and technology adoption. JPW Consulting’s post-training support programs are customized to each client’s need and can include follow-up instructor-led training (ILT), virtual instructor-led training (VILT), on-demand learning (eLearning and video), and/or reference materials. JPW can also make updates to all training content as needed based on process improvements or new release updates that occur post go-live.

eLearning Development

JPW eLearning developers create all levels of eLearning using various tools such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, and Adobe Captivate. Our eLearning courses can include graphics, interactivity, audio, multimedia, knowledge checks, assessment, embedded videos, and other resources. Various types of eLearning we develop include demonstrations, simulations, and microlearning modules.

Rapid and Custom Video Development

JPW video developers create engaging video use both rapid design tools and custom video tools such as Adobe Premier, Adobe After Effects, Camtasia, Synthesia, Vyond, VideoScribe, and Plotagon. Video styles include 2D and 3D character animation, explainer video, whiteboard animation, AI video, micro video, and screencasts.
